Welcome to Hotel Elysee and thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Prague. We hope you will enjoy your time with us and that the following information will help make your stay pleasant and carefree.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Each room is equipped with a complimentary safe. We recommend storing all valuables, documents, and cash in the safe. The hotel is not responsible for valuables that are not stored in the safe.

WAKE-UP SERVICE
If you wish to arrange a wake-up call, please contact the reception, which will be happy to provide this service according to your request.

GARAGE
The hotel offers paid parking in a garage, which must be reserved prior to arrival.

HOTEL ACCOUNT
If your stay is covered by a travel agency or a company, please contact the reception to settle any charges for services not covered by them.

RECEPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
The hotel reception is available 24 hours a day and will be happy to assist you with any inquiries. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to room availability. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

ROOM CLEANING
Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and bath towels are normally changed once every three days. Additional towel changes upon request are available at any time for a fee.

LAUNDRY AND IRONING
Clothing left in your room or handed in at reception before 10:00 AM will be returned the following day. This service is subject to a fee.

PETS
Accommodation with pets is possible for an additional fee. Please follow staff instructions and be considerate of other guests.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
If needed, the reception will arrange medical assistance at any time.

MINIBAR
The minibar is not included in the room rate. The current minibar price list can be found in your room.

NON-SMOKING HOTEL
Hotel Elysee is a non-smoking hotel. Violation of the smoking ban will result in a fine of CZK 2,500. Repeated violations may result in termination of your stay without compensation.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
In case of fire, do not use the elevator and follow the evacuation instructions displayed in your room and hotel corridors. Please report any emergency immediately to the reception.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the hotel restaurant. In case of early departure, we will be happy to prepare a breakfast package for you, which must be ordered by 12:00 noon the previous day.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Available at the hotel reception 24 hours a day.

TELEPHONE
The room telephone is for internal communication. Reception can be reached by dialing 711. To call another room, dial the room number.

TRANSFER
Transfers can be arranged by reception upon request.

DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Please settle your bill and return your key card at the reception.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is available free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
